INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Dredge:
2 lbs of Boneless (no skin) Chicken Breast cut into bite sized pieces
2 Eggs (scrambled)
1 Cup of Flour
1 TS of Salt and Pepper (put inside of flour)
Saute:
1 TB of Minced Ginger
4 Cloves of Minced Garlic
1/2 TS of Red Pepper Flakes
3 TB of Wok Oil
1/2 TS of Pure Sesame Seed Oil (Optional)
1 TB Rice Wine (Optional to include in sauce while it's cooking)
Orange Sauce:
3 TB of Soy Sauce
3 TB of Cold Water
10 TB of Sugar
8 TB of White Distilled Vinegar
2 TB of Rice Vinegar
Zest of 1 medium sized orange (rinse it first of course)
Cornstarch Slurry:
1/2 Cup of Cold Water
1 TB of Cornstarch
