MARINADE: (1 Hour or Overnight)
1 Cup of Yogurt
1 TB of Lemon Juice
1 TB of Garam Masala
2 TS of Ground Cumin
1 TS of Ground Cinnamon
1 TS of Cayenne Pepper (or more if you want it spicey)
1 TS of Black Pepper
1 TB Minced Fresh Ginger (or 1 TS of Ground Ginger)
1 TS of Salt
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (Cut into Bite Sized Pieces)
SAUCE:
2 TB of Butter
1 TB of Garam Masala
4 to 5 Cloves of Minced Garlic (Fresh)
1.5 TS of Ground Cumin
1.5 TS of Paprika
16 Ounces of Plain Tomato Sauce
1.5 Cups of Heavy Cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (Garnish at the last minute)
*OPTIONAL* For increased heat, saute some minced Jalapeno with the Garlic for the sauce. To increase the heat EVEN HIGHER, include the seeds! *NOTE* Please wear gloves when dealing with Jalapeno as to avoid burning your fingers and hands.
