
1 10oz package of frozen (thaw it out) spinach
(squeeze all the lidquid out of the spinach to avoid ruining dough)
1 Cup of Feta Cheese
1 8oz container of vegetable cream cheese
4 Green Onions
1 beaten egg
16 (less or more depends on you) of phyllo dough.
1/3 Cup of butter, melted.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all of the ingredients for the filling and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
3. Unroll the phyllo dough and remove one sheet carefully.
4. Cover the rest of thy phyllo dough with a damp towel to prevent from drying (very important or the dough will break).
5. Use a brush to cover the entire sheet with some melted butter.
6. Place another layer of the dough and cover with butter.
7. Do 4 layers of dough per log (to help keep filling in so it doesn't break).
8. Continue the steps until all 4 logs are made.
9. Baked in oven for about 20 minutes or until it is golden brown and cripsy.
These can be made ahead, and even stored in the freezer for up to two months.
