
I apologize for the low quality. I'm having some camera issues with auto focus that I haven't figured out how to fix yet! You can still get the point of the video though!
INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups of Cooked Pasta (about 1/2 of a box or 8oz)
4 TB of Flour
4 TB of Butter
1/2 TS of Salt
1/4 TS of Black Pepper (or more to taste)
1/4 TS of Ground Mustard
1 and 1/4 Cups of Whole Milk
1 and 1/4 Cups of Heavy Cream
2 Cups of High Quality Cheese (you can mix and match)
Note* I used Sharp Yellow NY Cheddar and Sharp Vermont White Cheddar
*Crumb Topping*
3 TB of Melted Butter
3/4 Cups of Panko Bread Crumbs
(MIX BOTH INGREDIENTS AND SPREAD OVER MAC AND CHEESE)
*Paprika - To sprinkle over the bread crumb mixture
NOTES:
I am a lil' tipsy when I recorded the audio LOL
YOU MIX THE SAUCE FOR 10 MINUTES AFTER ADDING THE MILK/CREAM
OVEN TEMP IS 400 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES!
